Melissa Todd: A Lifetime of Dedication
Missy Todd began her equestrian journey at the young age of 8.
From that moment, she demonstrated exceptional talent and an unyielding determination to excel in the sport. Over the years, Missy’s passion evolved into a lifelong commitment to training riders and developing champions. With nearly four decades of experience managing Waymark Farms, Missy Todd has become a guiding force for aspiring equestrians in Ontario.
Leadership in the Equestrian Community
Missy Todd’s contributions to the equestrian community extend beyond Waymark Farms.
For over 5 years, she has served as the President of the Central West Trillium Division, an influential position that showcases her dedication to promoting excellence and sportsmanship among riders. Additionally, Missy has held the role of Vice President of the THJA (Trillium Hunter Jumper Association) for over 5 years, playing a crucial role in advancing the sport and ensuring its continued growth and success. Her expertise and leadership have left an indelible mark on the Ontario equestrian scene.
Karen Luft: Committed Barn Manager
At the heart of Waymark Farms’ operations is Karen Luft, our devoted barn manager.
With over 29 years of experience at Waymark Farms, Karen has become an integral part of our team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the facility and the well-being of our equine residents. Her tireless dedication and vast knowledge contribute to the exceptional care and attention given to each horse at Waymark Farms.
Royce Armstrong: Dedicated Maintenance Manager
Royce Armstrong’s speciality is keeping Waymark Farms beautiful.
More than a handy man, Royce arrived at Waymark with over 30 years of work experience at horse barns in Ontario. HIs maintenance and repair skills are focused on making sure the farm is in good working order. Royce is a hard working, gentle soul who is always willing to help his team mates. No matter how difficult the task, you can hear Royce singing his way through it.
